Interview with Marci Arthur

How has cooking affected your life?

I've met lots of amazing people and have had great experiences, like being on the Food Network.

What inspires you to cook?

Seeing others become happy as they cook is great inspiration.

Why do you like to cook?

It makes me happy and I really enjoy teaching people.

Why did you start cooking?

I started cooking when I was very young, with my grandmother. When I became and adult, and had a different job and decided to quit and follow my passion, cooking!

Can you tell me more about the Food Network?

I was one of the first members of the Food Network "team" - when the channel was first created. Working there has given me the chance to meet some of the most famous chefs like Guy Fieri.
